All visitors are required to register with Texas Memorial Museum. Payment is collected when you arrive for your visit.
Registrations submitted during business hours will receive a confirmation via email within one hour. Otherwise, confirmations will be sent by 10 a.m. the following business day. If you do not receive confirmation within the expected time frame, first check spam or junk folders then email TMMtours@austin.utexas.edu or call Ben Grall, Visitor Services Manager, at (512) 471-8352 for assistance.
Your visit is not considered approved until you receive an email confirmation.
